Overview:

• This role is based in San Francisco, CA or Seattle, WA, It’s a hybrid role.
• We are seeking an experienced Client-Side Technical Project Manager to oversee a strategic project crucial to our company’s growth. This role is pivotal in representing our company’s interests and ensuring successful project execution in collaboration with our external consulting partners.

Responsibilities:

• Manage communication between our company and external consultants, ensuring project alignment with our objectives.
• Monitor project progress, identify, and resolve roadblocks, escalating issues when necessary.
• Follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Prepare and deliver weekly status reports to the executive team.
• Oversee integration efforts involving Salesforce, Oracle, Boomi, and our data warehouse.
• Manage project risks and stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle.

Skills Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Project Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in client-side roles.
• Experience with Salesforce, Oracle, Boomi integrations, and data warehouse technologies.
• Strong organizational, communication, and writing skills.
• PMP or similar certifications are a plus.
