Robert Half is partnering with a wonderful mid-sized firm in Orange, CA, that is seeking 2 attorneys to join their team. This defense firm is offering an opportunity for newly barred attorneys to get their foot in the door and gain hands-on experience with a tight-knit and knowledgeable team.

Responsibilities

• Assist in drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery requests and responses under the supervision of experienced litigation attorneys.
• Perform extensive legal research and analysis on various legal matters pertaining to litigation.
• Attend court proceedings such as hearings or trials.
• Help prepare deposition summaries and assist in trial preparation, including preparation of witness examinations and trial binders.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Barred in CA.
