Architectural & Specification Manager

Remote role based in Atlanta, GA (preferred)

Territory Coverage: Southeastern Market (GA, NC, SC, FL, AL) with potential broader market coverage

We seek a dynamic and results-driven Architectural & Specification Manager to lead market development and drive business growth for our wholesale product lines. This role focuses on external landscaping products (e.g., paving slabs, masonry veneer, jointing compounds) and internal products for wholesale suppliers and showrooms. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in strategic sales, customer relationship management, and market analysis within the wholesale industry.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably within the wholesale or building products industry.
  • Strong understanding of landscaping and internal wholesale product markets.
  • Familiarity with the Southeastern U.S. market, including GA, NC, SC, FL, and AL.
  • Experience working with dealerships, wholesalers, and showrooms.
  • Knowledge of architectural or construction specifications.
  • Proven ability to analyze market trends, forecast sales, and develop strategic growth plans.
  • Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to coach and lead teams for successful outcomes.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and sales tools.
  • Clean driving record and ability to pass a background check


Compensation and Benefits

  • Annual Base Salary + Commissions/Bonus Structure + Car Allowance + Full Benefits Package
  • Monthly car allowance + mileage/fuel reimbursement
