• This is a Hybrid Job: Monday - Wednesday in office located in the Galleria, Thursday-Friday work from home.

Responsibilities:

• High volume screening and telephone interviewing
• Placing and managing online job advertisements
• Seeking out business opportunities
• Prospecting for business through cold calling, attending networking events, social media
• Sourcing candidates through online and internal databases
• Negotiating pay rates
• Consultant care
• Researching and understanding different oilfield disciplines
• Client management

Requirements:

• Associates or Bachelor degree preferred
• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience within oil and gas, engineering, aerospace, information technology or other discipline.
