Position Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Information Technology Leader to oversee the IT systems throughout Global Elevate Healthcare. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT management having led teams focused on help desk, network management, cloud services, business analytics and business application and data analytics/business intelligence. They will have a particular emphasis on strategic system operations, cybersecurity, DevOps and code review. This role requires a visionary leader who is not only technically proficient but also passionate about fostering a collaborative and inclusive work culture to deliver the tools and capabilities necessary for products and services for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Team Management:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing IT team, ensuring continuous growth and development.
- Foster a collaborative and positive work environment, promoting teamwork, open communication, and shared goals.
- Manage and prioritize the IT department's workload, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
Strategic Planning:
- Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with the company's overall goals.
- Drive the adoption of new technologies and best practices to improve efficiency and innovation across the organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address IT-related challenges and opportunities.
- Create and adapt governance processes to foster clean and matching data in all systems and reports.
- Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with the company's overall goals.
- Drive the adoption of new technologies and best practices to improve efficiency and innovation across the organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address IT-related challenges and opportunities.
Cybersecurity:
- Oversee the organization's cybersecurity strategy, ensuring robust protection against internal and external threats.
- Implement and maintain security policies, procedures, and technologies to safeguard sensitive data.
- Lead incident response efforts and ensure compliance with relevant cybersecurity regulations and standards.
DevOps & IT Infrastructure:
- Manage the development and operations (DevOps) processes, ensuring seamless integration and deployment of applications and services.
- Oversee the maintenance and optimization of the company's IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and cloud services.
- Ensure the reliability, scalability, and security of IT systems to support the company's growth.
Collaboration & Culture Building:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with other departments, fostering a culture of collaboration and mutual support.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the IT team.
- Act as a champion for change, encouraging innovation and the adoption of best practices across the organization.
Qualifications:
- Experience in IT management 5-10 years, with a proven track record of leading and developing teams.
- Strong knowledge and experience in cybersecurity, including the implementation of security policies and incident response
- Proficiency in DevOps practices and tools, with experience managing IT infrastructure in both on-premise and cloud environments
- Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering results.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in building and maintaining a collaborative, positive, and inclusive team culture.
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management frameworks.
- Prefer Certifications in relevant areas such as CISSP, CISM, or AWS/Azure DevOps.
