Assembly Supervisor Job Summary

Our Assembly Supervisor oversees a team of Material Handlers, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures for order picking, material handling, component storage, and safety.

Assembly Supervisor Responsibilities

• Assign and communicate tasks to warehouse employees
• Train, supervise, and evaluate warehouse staff
• Maintain inventory with daily cycle counts and organization
• Record all inventory transactions in ERP software
• Reduce warehouse errors and streamline processes
• Prioritize tasks to meet customer demands
• Manage non-conforming products and coordinate across departments
• Ensure overall warehouse organization and cleanliness
• Report daily KPIs
• Perform additional duties as needed

Assembly Supervisor Position Requirements

• High School diploma
• Forklift experience
• 2+ years as a warehouse supervisor or equivalent experience
• Proficiency with computers for printing orders and tags
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work night shifts, with overtime as needed
• Basic math skills
• Able to stand for long hours and lift up to 50 lbs
