Job Description A well-known healthcare non-profit organization is seeking to hire a Payroll Administrator. In this seat, you will not process payroll, but help organize time sheets and prepare information to submit to the manager. Previous ADP and Union experience is highly preferred. The ideal candidate has a background using E-time, has used ADP, and can be onsite!
RESPONSIBLITIES: - Verify the accuracy of the payroll
- Handle payroll related inquires and tasks
- Respond to internal/external payroll issues
- Communicate and coordinate with offices to establish proper payroll policies and procedures
- Prepare payroll reports for internal and external audits
- Analyze, identify and resolve paycheck discrepancies
- Other additional administrative tasks, as assigned
Requirements - Ability to work independently and as a part of a team,
- Open to change and willing to learn new skills,
- Knowledge of accounting concepts and terminology
- Ability to meet deadlines,
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and email,
- Organized and gives attention to detail and accuracy,
- Effective oral and written communication skills,
