We’re looking for a strong team leader to head the kitchen. Must demonstrate proficiency in team building, culinary aptitude, costing, scheduling, ordering and inventory. 2 years in kitchen management is necessary. The role demands a dynamic, solutions driven approach to the Chef position, where systems and accountability don’t preclude a positive work environment. The Chef would report to and work with the Executive Chef but will often be sole Chef on site. The main restaurant will be serving dinner and brunch.
