Job Title: Executive Chef

Overview:
A high-end Lebanese restaurant bar, is seeking a talented and experienced Executive Chef to lead our culinary team. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, strong leadership, and a deep understanding of Lebanese cuisine to deliver an exceptional dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute an innovative, seasonally inspired menu that reflects the restaurant's unique culinary fusion.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the kitchen team to ensure high performance and collaboration.
- Oversee kitchen operations, including inventory management, food preparation, and quality control.
- Maintain a clean and efficient kitchen that adheres to health and safety standards.
- Manage food costs and optimize efficiency while upholding quality standards.
- Foster a positive and professional kitchen culture.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef or similar leadership role in upscale dining.
- Expertise in Lebanese cuisine is highly preferred. Background/formation in other cuisines is also encouraged i.e. French, Italian, Mexican.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proven ability to create innovative, high-quality menus.
- Track record of managing kitchen operations and maintaining cost controls effectively.
- Passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences.
