Schedule: Full time, Monday-Friday, 2-3 later shifts 11:30a.m.-8:00p.m.

Compensation: starting at $75,000 commensurate with experience

RUSH Physical Therapy is seeking a physical therapist prefereably a certified lymphedema therapist to come join our center on North Broadway in Chicago, IL. We are partnered with top providers in the state, and provide exemplary physical therapy services at this center. Seize the opportunity to join our trained and respected ReVital Cancer Rehabilitation Program team who provide rehabilitative services to help improve quality of life for people affected by cancer. Our ReVital team provides the necessary education and training for therapists invested in treating our diverse patient population, which must be completed within the first 6-12 months of employment. Caseload will be heavily cancer rehab and lymphedema with some orthopedics.

Responsibilities
n
n - Maintain open and respectful communication with all parties
n - Understand and adhere to state practice acts and laws governing PTs
n - Complete and maintain required trainings
n - Maintain compliance with government regulations
n - Evaluate, treat and direct treatment for patients
n

Qualifications
n
Minimum Qualifications:
n
n - Successful completion of those educational requirements as mandated for state licensure or eligibility for a license in Physical Therapy
n - Current State licensure or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice
n - CPR certified
n - At least 1 year outpatient orthopedic experience
n
n
Preferred Qualifications:
n
n - Cancer rehabilitation interest/experience
n - Lymphedema certification
n
