Comunale can work in virtually every market sector and facility type.nnJob Title: Fire Alarm TechniciannnOur rapidly growing company is in need of a talented Fire Alarm Technician to join our team.nnEssential Duties / Responsibilities:nnInclude the following. Other duties may be assigned.nnInstall, troubleshoot, repair, maintain, and program Fire Alarm, Access Control, Nurse Call Intrusion, Sound, CCTV, and IP Video Systems.nnAccurately complete all required paperwork, such as Work Tickets and Inspection and/or Deficiency Reports, for all service calls and inspections.nnProvide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers.nnProvide detailed oral and written feedback to management concerning customer issues.nnCoordinate and communicate effectively with team members and customers.nnParticipate in department on-call rotation and work flexible hours as required.nnAbility to work on low voltage systemsnnQualifications:nnTo perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
