Job Description
  • Oversee all construction phases, from site preparation to project handover
  • Lead and coordinate field teams to ensure efficient execution
  • Maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of milestones
  • Enforce strict safety protocols and uphold quality standards
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues to minimize project delays
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and vendors
  • Monitor budgets and control costs to stay within financial targets
  • Ensure proper documentation and reporting of project progress
  • Manage subcontractor performance and ensure contract compliance

The Successful Applicant
  • Proven experience in managing commercial construction projects like retail, warehouses, mixed commercial and more from start to finish
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and direct on-site teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially with clients and subcontractors
  • In-depth knowledge of construction safety standards, processes, and best practices
  • Strong organizational skills to manage schedules and budgets effectively
  • Problem-solving abilities to resolve challenges efficiently and keep projects on track
  • A solid track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards
  • Experience managing subcontractors and ensuring contract compliance
