You will also assist with receiving and stocking deliveries using proper rotational practices. May assist Kitchen Attendant as needed. Job duties: Cleans kitchen area including: Ware washing and storage Pot washing Deep cleaning of kitchen and equipment Performs storeroom maintenance including: Receive, store, issue food items from storeroom Rotate stock in storeroom Maintain cleanliness of storeroom Delivers Food and Beverage carts to appropriate areas as needed. Performs general “heavy labor” as required by Executive Chef. Completes set-up work for special events. Complies with all sanitation policies and procedures such as HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points). Performs duties in a timely and efficient manner and on a schedule determined by kitchen and dining operations.
