Key Responsibilities:
- Warm Welcome: Greet all guests with a genuine smile and positive energy, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
- Seating Coordination: Efficiently manage reservations and walk-ins, ensuring timely and comfortable seating arrangements across multiple dining concepts.
- Guest Interaction: Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about the menu, concepts, and dining experience, ensuring guests feel confident and excited about their visit.
- Waitlist Management: Use digital or manual systems to manage the waitlist during busy periods while maintaining guest satisfaction.
- Ambassador Role: Represent the restaurant’s brand and culture, embodying our commitment to hospitality and excellence.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with servers, managers, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth communication and operations.
- Problem Solving: Address guest concerns or special requests with professionalism and efficiency, escalating issues when necessary.
Qualifications:

- Hospitality Experience: Prior experience as a host/hostess or in customer service is preferred but not required.
