We are looking for a highly-motivated experienced Sous Chef to join the team at Love, Makoto! You will be a key member of a kitchen staff, acting as the second-in-command to the head chef, responsible for  overseeing kitchen operations, managing staff, ensuring food quality, training new cooks, maintaining inventory, and assisting with menu development, all while upholding food safety standards and leading the kitchen team in the head chef's absence.
