SCHEDULE/HOURS: Mon- Fri 8am-1:30pm
Pay Rate: $16-$18 hour based on previous experience
Customer Service Rep Job Responsibilities - Handle inbound and outbound calls
- Process applications, account information and change requests in the system
- Handle trip bookings and subscription services
- Provide clerical support to administrative staff as needed
- Maintain organized filing systems and prepare and manage documents
Customer Service Rep Job Requirements :
- Previous experience working in a customer service rep or call center role
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- Proficient in Microsoft Teams
- Strong computer and communication skills
- Strong organization and critical thinking
