SCHEDULE/HOURS: Mon- Fri 8am-1:30pm
Pay Rate: $16-$18 hour based on previous experience
Customer Service Rep Job Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls
• Process applications, account information and change requests in the system
• Handle trip bookings and subscription services
• Provide clerical support to administrative staff as needed
• Maintain organized filing systems and prepare and manage documents

Customer Service Rep Job Requirements :

• Previous experience working in a customer service rep or call center role
• High School Diploma or G.E.D.
• Proficient in Microsoft Teams
• Strong computer and communication skills
• Strong organization and critical thinking
