Prep Cook
Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years professional cooking experience
• Intermediate to advanced knife skills
• Must be able to work and clean efficiently in a very high paced environment 
• Must be passionate about cooking, seafood, and service. It needs to show
• Must be able to work weekends and willing to work overtime when needed

• Full time 40 hrs+ per week

• $25 per hour ($19 base pay + $6 from tip pool)
