Beacon Hill Financial Staffing has a great Accounts Receivable opportunity for a great company located in the Burien/Highland Park area. The position is a fully in-office contract-to-hire opportunity. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of Accounts Receivable experience.nnWhat You'll Be Doing:nnYou will be responsible for posting customer payments, investigating payment discrepancies, collections, and balancing daily transactions.nnJob Duties:nnRequests and pursues payment on delinquent accounts via communication with account holder.nRelease ordersnProcess credit card and ACH payments through our third party provider.nWork with customers and our related departments to resolve accounts receivable issues (short pays, deductions, reconciliation issues, etc.)nFull cycle job account set up, per company guidelinesnBack up for lien waiver completion and credit references.nBack up A/R for cash posting, processing credit applications per company guidelines, inputting new cash and credit accounts in the system, and account maintenance.nPerform other duties as assigned.nnPlease apply!nnBeacon Hill is an Equal Opportunity Employer that values the strength diversity brings to the workplace.
