SAN HO WON is a Korean restaurant from the three-Michelin-star team behind Benu. We are looking to grow our team and hire a full-time food runner! Please apply with a resume and brief cover letter.
Schedule: 5 shifts a week, ~8.5 hours/shift (we are open seven days a week for dinner)
Starting pay: $25/hour
About: We believe that sharing a meal of meat grilled over charcoal and paired with a variety of homemade sauces and condiments is what the Korean BBQ experience is all about. Meat cooked over a table gas burner is just not the same. In our central BBQ stove, we grill over solid lychee wood charcoal produced specifically for SAN HO WON. The other items on our menu are rooted in home cooking and traditional flavors but embrace local ingredients and modern techniques. We hope to offer a representation of Korean cooking that contributes to our city’s vibrant dining culture.
