Responsibilities:
• Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including equipment and

storage areas.
• Ensure all food items are prepared in a timely and e ffi cient manner.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation practices.
• Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking supplies.
• Collaborate with front-of-house sta ff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
• Participate in daily kitchen opening and closing procedures.
• Contribute to a positive and productive team environment.

Qualifications:
• Previous experience in a back-of-house or kitchen role is preferred but not required.
• Strong understanding of cooking techniques and kitchen equipment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of food quality and safety.
