We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor for a pharmaceutical company in the Raleigh, NC area. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance management, preventative maintenance and a commitment to safety and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the maintenance team.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Manage maintenance budgets and control costs.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
• Collaborate with other departments to support production goals.
• Train and mentor maintenance staff.
• Oversee the maintenance and repair of manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in maintenance supervision, preferably in a pharmaceutical or manufacturing environment.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in maintenance management software.
