Role: Buyer I

Location: Plymouth, MN - 55442

Duration: 6 Months on W2 (Contract only)

Skills Looking For:

- Team: 5 Supply chain managers and 3 Buyers out of which two buyers will be closing out soon as their assignments are ending. This person will be a replacement for one of these Buyer's ?positions.

- Must have SAP ERP system experience and have an understanding of how to process an order. Any purchasing clerk exp or any exp related to the buyer.

- The role is a Combination of Direct and Indirect buying experience, but this candidate must have more of Indirect buying experience as the role is more inclined towards Indirect purchasing as there is a lot of coding involved with the purchase orders.

- Understanding of closing the loop from coding with the supplier to creating a purchase order to sending the order to get acknowledgment and seeing that product come through and making sure the invoice is paid and PO is closed. Candidate must be well organized to deal with all these tasks.

- Medical device experience will be a plus.

?Education and Experience:

- Bachelor? preferred with 1 to 2 years of experience in purchasing/commodity management

- Will also consider an Associate's degree with 2 to 3 years of experience.

- Master's degree with more years of experience will be overqualified for this role.
