Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) Process
- Developments and delivers the demand plan through for Sales and Operations Planning on a rolling 18-month horizon
- Responsible for setup and ongoing maintenance of data in forecasting software
- Works closely with the sales teams to develop an accurate forecast, generates reports and aggregates forecasts into weekly/monthly reports
- Conduct overall monthly and yearly forecast maintenance and reconciliation
- Conduct regular meetings with sales team members for review and refinement of sales forecasts
- Lead the demand plan review process and drive interactions with other areas of the business to ensure that all objectives in the demand process are met
EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting
Demand Planning Education/Certification (i.e. IBF, ASCM) preferred
Two+ years of related experience in areas of planning, analysis, and collaboration with manufacturing operations.
Must have experience in a B2B/Manufacturing environment.
Strong communication skills, detail minded.
Excellent Excel skills.
Strong Microsoft Office skills including Word and PowerPoint.
PowerBI and FuturMaster skills a big plus.
