ROSS are seeking a Construction Superintendent with experience working on Semiconductor and mission critical projects for an on site role in Boise, ID. Relocation assistance is available, but all candidates must be able to be on site in Boise.

Specific Roles & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the installation of process gas, chemical, waste, and exhaust laterals & submains.
- Ensuring the process is done safely, on schedule, and on budget.
- Working with trade partners to ensure the installation is accurate per design, all issues with the design are rectified by RFI's.
- Review trade submittals/shop drawings with construction manager.
- Lead daily whiteboard meetings, weekly Trade/subcontractor coordination meetings
- Review PTP (Pre-Task Plan) with foreman, Superintendent, twice daily to discuss PTP, and schedule.
General Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with safety program and inform all subcontractors of the safety program.
- Coordinate, and develop a detailed schedule with Project Schedule Manger/Project Scheduler, construction manager, and subcontractor i.e. Touchplan 8-week lookahead
- Coordinate and manage daily activities of subcontractors and suppliers aligning with touch plan.
- Establish and maintain a collaborative relationship with trade partners subcontractors, suppliers.
- Document conversations with subcontractors, CM’s, PM’s, and field Direction with backup email to construction team.
- Review shop drawings and submittals.
- Attend Safety Meetings.
- Attend project turnover meetings.
- Assist the Project Schedule Manger/Project Scheduler, construction manager in the development and implementation of the detailed Master Project Schedule.
- Maintain Client standard of quality in the field.
- Coordinate all deliveries
- Manage subcontractors field activities through coordinated efforts.
- Schedule appropriate testing and commissioning personnel as required for construction activities.
- Walkdown of IFC drawings with percentage complete highlighted in yellow weekly
- Request and review redline drawings from subcontractor weekly.
- Coordinate walks with CC’s of shop drawings and submittal documents
- Attend client meetings with CM.
- Track RFI’s, submittals, and shop drawings through the review process, ensuring Completion in a timely manner.
- Perform related duties as assigned.
- Lead weekly Trade, subcontractor coordination meeting.
- Review PTP (Pre-Task Plan) with foreman, Superintendent, twice daily to discuss PTP, and schedule.
- Track PTP against TouchPlan or 8-week lookahead daily.
- Daily Log, Daily Construction Activities.
- Have complete knowledge of the terms of the construction contract and of the construction documents; including the complete drawings (civil, structural, architectural, mechanical, and electrical and systems); specifications; addenda; change documents; and any other pertinent documents.
