Role and Responsibilities:
The Fulfillment Analyst will work cross-functionally to ensure proper post-sale execution and fulfillment of orders. Specifically, this role is in charge of ensuring that retail customer orders are properly allocated product based on David inventory levels, that product ships in a timely manner with proper routing and order configurations, and that retailers are properly updated with their order statuses. You will own the link between our team and retail partners with the ability to design the optimal process, analyze our retail shipment performance, and to ensure David gets products on the shelves to enable sales. On top of day-to-day operations, there is opportunity in this role to drive additional insights and guide retailers towards optimal ordering by leveraging their sell-through data to inform product replenishment and proper order quantities.
Support of Execution of End-to-End Sales Operations and Retail Coordination
- Act as the primary liaison between the company and retail partners to ensure seamless post-sale operations.
- Accept and process retailer purchase orders, ensuring accurate allocation of finished goods.
- Monitor and track retailer sell-through data to inform replenishment and optimize inventory allocation.
- Ensure compliance with retailer-specific operational requirements, including routing guides, EDI systems, and labeling standards.
Retailer Coordination & Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners, addressing operational needs and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support retailer promotions, product launches, and seasonal campaigns.
- Prepare and deliver operational performance reports and key insights to retail partners.
Inventory Management & Forecasting
- Collaborate with the Supply Chain team to forecast demand and align inventory planning with sales objectives.
- Track and report finished goods inventory levels at warehouses and retail partner locations.
- Ensure timely replenishment of stock based on retailer needs and market trends.
Process Optimization
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and accuracy across sales operations processes.
- Support the implementation of tools and systems to streamline workflows and enhance communication with retail partners.
- Maintain organized documentation for all retailer administrative processes, including purchase orders, invoices, and compliance records.

Practicalities:
- This is a full-time role.
- Salary: $90-110k per year, inclusive of cash bonus based on attainment of company targets
