Key Safety Responsibilities ?
- Develop and implement comprehensive safety programs
- Lead safety training initiatives and new employee orientations
- Conduct incident investigations and root cause analysis
- Perform safety audits and hazard assessments
- Manage process safety initiatives
- Ensure OSHA compliance and regulatory requirements
- Support emergency response procedures
- Maintain safety documentation and reporting
Secondary Environmental Duties
- Support environmental compliance programs
- Assist with waste management initiatives
Required Qualifications
- 5-10 years of safety experience in manufacturing environments
- Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety standards
- Experience developing and conducting safety training programs
- Incident investigation and root cause analysis experience
- Process safety management knowledge
- Manufacturing safety background
- Strong communication and leadership skills
