This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced engineering leader to join a dynamic team and drive process innovation, safety, and efficiency improvements in a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility.


As a Process Engineering Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of operations by optimizing processes, leading key projects, and mentoring a team of talented engineers. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with a passion for chemical process engineering and continuous improvement in manufacturing environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process Improvement : Design and implement innovative processes to enhance safety, environmental impact, and cost efficiency.
  • Team Leadership : Lead a team of process engineers and rotational program participants, providing mentorship and guidance.
  • Project Oversight : Manage process engineering projects, from small capital expenditures to major plant trials, ensuring seamless commissioning and execution.
  • Production Support : Audit and troubleshoot existing processes, propose enhancements, and establish manufacturing standards.
  • DCS Management : Oversee the Emerson Delta V Distributed Control System (DCS), ensuring cybersecurity, system updates, and operational excellence.


Qualifications:

  • Education : Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering (required).
  • Experience : 5–10 years in chemical processing or a similar industrial environment.
  • Technical Skills :
  • Expertise in process instrumentation and controls.
  • Familiarity with Emerson Delta V and Aspen data historian systems (preferred).
  • Personal Attributes : Strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and a “hardcore plant engineering mentality” are essential.


Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary : $140,000 - $160,000 USD annually.
  • Bonus : 15% target annual bonus.
  • Schedule : 6:00 AM to 2:00/3:00 PM, with flexibility and occasional on-call availability.
