LOD/ Consilio is seeking a Commercial Litigation Attorney to support a law firm based in North Carolina that advises clients across industries. This is a contract opportunity that is Hybrid and/or Remote and Full-Time.

Job Details:

Location: Raleigh, North Carolina

Duration: 2-4+ months

Full-time: 40 hours a week - no overtime. Open to candidates who are only available up to 15-20 hours per week.

Start Date: ASAP

Pay Rate: $70/hr

Ideal Candidate:

-5+ years' experience of commercial litigation, with heavy breach of contract experience.

-Experience providing litigation support, including motions and pleadings; ex. motion to dismiss, summary judgement, etc.

Requirements:

-Must be actively licensed to practice law in the United States .

-Ideal candidate can commute onsite to firm in Raleigh, NC, but will consider candidates who are 100% remote.
