A highly esteemed law firm is seeking a Legal Executive Assistant to join their DC based team, in a hybrid capacity with two days remote on average. This role is a highly regarded role, needing a multi-talented professional to join and assist with administrative tasks, as well as business development, client relationship, and contact management needs.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and prioritize multiple attorney and partner calendars, ensuring deadlines are met, meetings are scheduled, and events and engagements are prepared for
• Coordinate any travel arrangements and agendas, with expense reimbursement management
• Review and assist in the finalization of monthly bills, following the partner's preferred practices
• Communicate in a professional and timely manner with clients, attorneys, vendors, etc.
• Assist partner with business development efforts by organizing and maintaining contacts, coordinate with Marketing and Finance teams with pitch meetings, and updating the CRM database

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of Law Firm and Executive Assistant experience
• Legal client billing experience
• CRM Management experience
• Proactive and professional communication
• High attention to detail
