The Direct Hire division of Consilio is seeking a Legal Secretary on behalf of a law firm in Leesburg, VA. The ideal candidate will provide top-level assistance for three attorneys with flexibility to also answer front desk phones. They should be well-organized and be comfortable scheduling meetings and responding to emails on the attorneys behalf.

Responsibilities

• Calendar management for attorneys
• Aid in preparing for meetings
• Responding to emails and document requests on behalf of attorneys
• Draft documents, type agreements and contracts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 1-3 years Law firm experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
• Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
