The Regional Service Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all service operations within the Northeast region; ensuring that services are delivered efficiently, and in accordance with company standards. The RSM must monitor performance metrics within their designated region and identify areas for improvement. They are responsible for developing and managing the regional service budget to ensure that costs are controlled and revenue is maximized.

Requirements:

A candidate for this role should have a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration or related field plus 10 or more years of leadership experience within petroleum construction, military, logistics, transportation or service industry. Candidates need to have excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities with a proven track record of achieving results. Prior experience in retail or in commercial fueling with underground or above ground tank systems is a plus.
