Shift: M-F

Compensation: $150k - $190K (15-20% bonus) and car allowance ($8K) (perk) w/ relocation if needed.

Position Description:

Currently seeking a dynamic and inspiring leader for our Haverhill manufacturing facility, a world-class manufacturer of precision machined aerospace components. The core responsibility of the Division Manager is to assume full P&L accountability for the business unit, and work with the Director North American Operations to refine, develop and oversee the implementation of a strategic business plan, aligned with the overall corporate strategy. The Division Manager will apply strong leadership and relationship management skills to deliver a change management strategy for the business, to ensure operational efficiencies are realized and service excellence remains consistently high, while continuing to drive profitable business growth through the management of a focused business development strategy.

Requirements:

• 10-15 years of experience in manufacturing
• previous P&L experience and/or MBA
