Contract: 6+ months
Responsibilities:
- Lead OCM efforts for small to medium change initiatives.
- Assess stakeholder change impacts and develop comprehensive change strategies and plans, including stakeholder engagement, training, and communications.
- Support larger transformational efforts by creating key deliverables, messaging, and related change activities.
- Contribute to the IT OCM Center of Excellence to enable OCM practices.
- Develop change deliverables (e.g., champion networks, communications, branding/marketing, training) to prepare and motivate partners for adopting changes.
- Ensure messaging aligns with the initiative's objectives, departmental goals, and enterprise-wide strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Business Administration, Organizational Change, Organizational Development, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2+ years of relevant work experience in business readiness, change management, functional training, organizational design, communications, project leadership, or management consulting.
- Proven ability to work successfully with teams to deliver high-quality results within tight timelines.
- Proficiency with MS Office tools is essential. Experience with collaboration tools (e.g., SharePoint, Teams, Miro, Viva Engage) is preferred. Familiarity with multimedia, design, and publishing tools is a plus.
- Agile proficiency is preferred.
