Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Construction Superintendent at Community Construction Catastrophe Division in Siesta Key, FL. The Construction Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing construction sites, ensuring construction safety, managing project budgets, and implementing project management strategies on a day-to-day basis. Ideal candidate will have experience with job site logistics and be able to manage interior finish trades and must be willing to travel. Travel compensation will be provided.

• Organization Skills and Budgeting abilities
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Experience in the construction industry, preferably multi-family
• Knowledge of general building codes and regulations
• Minimum 3 years construction experience, preferably multi-family or residential tract-building
