Join our team as an Operational Support Specialist, where you will assist the Director of Brand Health & Strategy in managing operational tasks, ensuring efficient communication, and driving the success of Accountability programs. This role is crucial in maintaining brand consistency, responding to critical needs, and providing administrative and operational support.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and facilitate Level 1 and Level 2 tier response activities, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and established protocols.
- Oversee and organize the team's generic mailbox, ensuring inquiries and requests are addressed promptly and escalated as necessary.
- Manage schedules, track project progress, and prepare materials for presentations or meetings in support of the Brand Health & Strategy team.
- Assist with incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls and correspondence, to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist with reporting tasks, such as data entry, tracking key performance metrics, and preparing summaries for internal and external stakeholders.
- Review and ensure reports are accurate, complete, and submitted within established deadlines.
- Provide support for miscellaneous tasks as needed to assist the Design Services team, coordination of generic mailbox, addressing ad hoc requests, and contributing to the overall efficiency of the team’s operations.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Hospitality experience is preferred.
- Eagerness to learn about business operations, data quality, and the hospitality industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Customer service skills, including the ability to address inquiries professionally and efficiently.
