Russell Tobin's client, a renowned multinational company specializing in luxury eyewear manufacturing and services, is hiring a Technical Support Coordinator at Mason, OH (Remote)

Job Title : Technical Support Coordinator

Location : Mason, OH (Remote)


Duration: 07+ months with the possibility of extension (Temp to hire)

Pay Rate: $17 - $18.50/hr.

About the Role

The Technical Support Coordinator will provide remote phone support and troubleshooting for store systems, focusing on technical issues with Microsoft Windows, PC hardware, and software applications. This is a remote position , with initial training conducted in person at the Mason, OH location for 1.5 weeks, followed by 2.5 weeks of transitions, including a call quality assessment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical assistance and support for hardware, software, and system configuration issues.
  • Handle inbound calls and chats, resolving customer inquiries related to technical problems.
  • Document and track support requests, ensuring quality standards are met.
  • Complete training and transition phases, passing assessments to qualify for remote work.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows, PC hardware, and troubleshooting.
  • Call center, technical support, or customer service experience is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude.
  • Availability for varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Must own a smartphone for multi-factor authentication.
  • Ability to set up and use provided equipment, including CPU, monitor, mouse, keyboard, headset, and ethernet cable.
  • Ability to work from home with minimal distractions.
