Summary

You'll act as an on-call Concierge/Doorman, providing exceptional hospitality, greeting guests, and coordinating package deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests, assisting with any requests or inquiries
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive, professional demeanor
• Monitor and manage access to the building, ensuring security protocols are followed
• Receive and manage package deliveries

Requirements

• 6+ months of residential concierge experience
• 5+ days of flexible availability per week (Mon-Sun)
• Experience with BuildingLink management software
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
