Facility Operations Specialist – Full-Time, Permanent

What You’ll Do:

Facility Operations (85% of your time):

• Serve as the point of contact for facility management, overseeing space management, workstation assignments, ID badges, and office supplies.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
• Manage security systems, including card access and CCTV, while ensuring visitor sign-ins and accurate reporting.
• Stock office and kitchen supplies, assist with meeting room setups, and oversee service ticket completion.
• Maintain secure file storage and ensure safe shredding and recycling.

Additional Responsibilities Include:

• Maintenance: Supervise repairs, renovations, and inspections.
• Vendor Management: Collaborate with external vendors to ensure high-quality services.
• Project Support: Coordinate facility improvement projects.
• Safety Compliance: Promote a safe work environment and educate employees on safety protocols.
• Emergency Response: Act as the primary contact during emergencies and conduct post-assessments.
• Budget Oversight: Monitor facility budgets and optimize spending.
• Sustainability: Drive eco-friendly initiatives to support sustainability goals.

What You Bring:

• Education: High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year in a similar role.
• Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, detail-oriented, organized, and capable of multitasking in fast-paced environments.
