Responsibilities

• Contract review, negotiation, interpretation, and analysis
• Research legal matters and prepare summaries
• Keep informed on industry regulations and developments
• Serve as key player in risk mitigation strategy

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Legal Experience
• Bachelor's Degree
• Contract management software experience
