I am partnered with a global leader in online gaming innovation who is actively seeking a Data Scientist to join their growing Advanced Analytics team. If you thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and are passionate about predictive modeling and customer behavior, this may be your role!

The Role: Data Scientist

As a Data Scientist, you will play a critical role in understanding player behavior across a vast user base of 35M+ players . You'll develop models to predict churn, optimize customer acquisition, and drive retention strategies that enhance loyalty and engagement.

Your Skills & Experience :

• 2-3 years of experience in predictive analytics or data science.
• Hands-on expertise in churn prediction , LTV analysis , recommendation systems , and decision trees .
• Proficiency in Python (or R), with experience in Google Cloud Platform (Vertex AI preferred).
• Strong understanding of customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty analytics.
• Thrives in an agile, startup-like environment with a collaborative mindset.
• Bachelor's degree in math, statistics, or a related field.
