The Role

Our client is looking for a polished, resilient, and organized Executive Assistant to provide traditional one on one support to a Head of Operations.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Scheduling and organizing meetings and conferences
• Complex travel coordination, both domestic and international
• Processing expenses using Concur
• Light personal assistant work
• Completing ad hoc administrative tasks when needed

The Candidate

The ideal candidate will be an unflappable and calm Executive Assistant with demonstrated work experience supporting a C-Suite executive within the Financial Services sector.

• 8+ years experience as an Executive Assistant
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Fully vaccinated

The Comp/Benefits

• Up to $125,000 base, depending on experience
• Hybrid role: four days in-office
• Hours: 9 am - 6 pm, with one hour of paid OT built-in
