The Role

This is an Executive Assistant/Business Manager role supporting the CEO of the firm alongside an additional administrative assistant. The CEO is incredibly busy and is looking for someone to be his right hand while in New York,

Duties include but are not limited to…

• Heavy calendar management across time zones
• Extensive travel arrangements, both international and domestic
• Expense management
• Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
• Light personal work
• Ad hoc projects as needed for the CEO

The Candidate

The client is looking for a well-rounded and seasoned Executive Assistant who can truly hit the ground running. This person should be driven, personable, and adaptable. This person should have a 24/7 mentality and be flexible to support whenever needed.

The ideal candidate will have…

• 10+ years of experience in an administrative position
• Experience in private equity or a similar industry
• Experience supporting C suite executives
• Thrives in a fast paced, high volume environment
• Bachelor's degree
