The Role

This Executive Assistant role is supporting an Investor Relations team made up of ten incredibly busy and personable individuals.

Duties include but are not limited to...

- Complex calendar management

- Travel organization

- Expenses reports

- Database management

- Event Planning

- Ad hoc tasks

The Candidate

The ideal candidate will be proactive, adaptable, and great at multi tasking. The client loves candidates who can work at a high volume in a fast-paced environment and can stay cool under pressure.

The ideal candidate will...

- 5+ years of relevant experience

- Bachelor's degree required

- Experience working in financial or professional services

- Tech savvy, proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and similar technologies

- Confident communicator, both verbally and written

- Organization and attention to detail skills

The Benefits

- Paying up to $120k

- OT Eligible

- Hybrid schedule: 4/1, Fridays WFH
