My client specializes in the ground up construction of Multi-Family properties across the Greater Nashville area. They focus on mid-rise podium and wrap projects but have also done walk-up projects. They are looking for strong number 2 Superintendents who have experience in all aspects of ground up Multi-Family projects.

Experience:

Proven experience on ground up Multi-Family projects in excess of $25M.

Experience in using ProCore for reporting and observations.

Excellence in reading blueprints and determining if changes need to be made.

Ability to problem solve and organize trades for maximum efficiency on site.
