Role Overview:

• Identify and acquire land for single-family homes, townhomes, and other developments.
• Oversee the entitlement process to ensure seamless project approvals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, builders, and industry stakeholders.
• Mentor and manage a Land Acquisition Manager and a few Land Acquisition Analyst.
