This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented payroll professional with Oracle experience to contribute to a respected organization.

Payroll Specialist – Responsibilities

• Process weekly and biweekly payroll for 500+ employees (PT, FT, student workers, exempt/non-exempt).
• Manage payroll adjustments, garnishments, and deductions.
• Ensure compliance with payroll taxes, laws, and company policies.
• Onboard new hires and assist with employee data management.
• Utilize Oracle Fusion (cloud-based) for payroll processing.
• Leverage Excel for data management (sorting, filtering, VLOOKUP).

Payroll Specialist – Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in payroll processing for 500+ employees.
• Oracle Fusion experience is required .
• Non-profit/college/university payroll experience is a huge plus .
• Strong Excel skills (sorting, filtering, VLOOKUP).
• Ability to work independently and get "into the weeds" with payroll processing.

Schedule:

• On-site for the first 30 days of training, transitioning to a hybrid schedule (up to 2 days remote per week).
