Job Summary

We are looking for an individual to join our client’s team as a Human Resources Assistant. You will be responsible for the administration of a range of HR services such as recruitment, benefits, employee relations, performance management, and career development. The primary function is to provide day-to-day support to all levels of employees, and management and assist with projects, and processes across a full range of HR functions.

Job Description

• Responsibilities include using Excel and Access, creating complex presentations using PowerPoint, and creating charts and graphs using various database information.
• Other duties include assistance with training class schedules, ensuring proper classroom setup, creating surveys, and performing general administrative duties such as answering phones, ordering supplies, and making travel arrangements.

Skills Required

• 2 years’ experience
• Experience with Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Job postings, career fairs, data entry and recruitment

Education/Training/Certifications

• Minimum Degree required: Associate's Degree (Community College, MBO)

Additional Requirements

• Shift time: 9 am to 5 pm

Pay Rate:

• Starting from $25 per hour with potential for more based on your experience.
