Qualifications include, but not limited to:

• Experience in the legal field with knowledge of legal terminology and procedures.
• Proficient in legal document preparation and formatting.
• Strong organizational and calendaring skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with local and Federal courts and e-filing procedures.
• Proficient working knowledge of Word, Excel, Adobe and Outlook.
• Proficient with case management software; knowledge of ProLaw a plus.
