Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and team events to ensure operations run smoothly.
  • Maintain and update internal systems and resources with the utmost accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports using CRM tools, summarizing key insights for internal review.
  • Establish and maintain well-organized filing systems to ensure quick and confidential access to information.
  • Conduct detailed research for operational projects, presenting concise and actionable findings.
  • Track and reconcile payments with vendors and proactively resolve discrepancies.
  • Act as a dependable partner to colleagues by offering support on various projects and administrative needs.

  • Comfortable in a hybrid work arrangement, with the ability to work on-site 1-2 days per week in the Dallas area.

  • Strong background in administrative or operational support, particularly in roles requiring discretion and polished communication.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in administrative, executive support, or client services roles
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite


Compensation: $50-$55K + bonus
