Executive Assistant to UHNWI


Our client is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support an ultra-high-net-worth individual (UHNWI). This is a demanding role focused on fast-paced work for a C-suite executive. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record supporting UHNW clients or top-level executives, showcasing flexibility and the ability to handle complex schedules.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive support primarily to a high-net-worth individual, with a focus on heavy calendar management and logistics.
  • Manage private travel arrangements, including scheduling flights and coordinating travel logistics (heavy).
  • Assist with special projects involving Partners across various committees, including research, board meetings, and collaboration with campaign donors.
  • Maintain direct communication with the executive, responding promptly to emails and managing priorities effectively.


Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in an executive assistant role supporting UHNWI.
  • Strong background in managing private travel and high-level logistics.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure, with a calm, collected demeanor.
  • Proficient in handling heavy workloads and flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.


Compensation:

  • Competitive salary ranging from $125K to $200K, commensurate with experience.


Work Environment:

  • Traditional in-office structure Monday through Friday
  • Candidates should be comfortable with the in-office requirement and willing to work additional hours as needed.
